A soft loop is the dedicated plumbing bypass installed specifically for a water softener. If your home previously had a softener, you likely have one. If it's a first-time install, we'll create it as part of the job.

Water Softener Warranty
2-Year Installation Warranty. Sewer Masters LLC warrants its workmanship on water softener installations for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation performed by Sewer Masters LLC, including leaks, improper connections, and issues directly caused by workmanship.
📋 What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, freeze damage, improper maintenance, water quality issues, alterations made by others, or failures of parts or equipment not supplied or installed by Sewer Masters LLC. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to the equipment and components supplied by the manufacturer.
Any warranty claim must be reported promptly after discovery of the issue, and the unit must be made available for inspection and repair by Sewer Masters LLC.
