Includes a genuine Moen Posi-Temp 1222 or Delta MultiChoice 13/14 Series RP46074 cartridge, installation, and leak testing. Covers up to one hour of labor. Seized-cartridge removal requiring additional time, damaged valves, and other cartridge models are quoted separately. Additional work requires your approval.

Water-Line Leak Diagnosis & Repair

If the leaking water line is clearly visible, text clear pictures and the project address. Sewer Masters may be able to diagnose the issue from the pictures and provide a flat-rate repair quote over text.

Water-Line Leak Diagnostic Trip

Includes an on-site diagnosis and a flat-rate repair quote. If you approve the repair, the $99 diagnostic is credited toward the repair. If you do not proceed with the repair, the total is $99.

Leaking Shutoff Valve Replacement

A bowl under the sink shouldn’t be part of your plumbing. On this repair, we replaced leaking sink shutoff valves with new metal quarter-turn stops and braided supply lines.
